Havenga & Son (H & S) Diving Consulting was founded by Rudi Havenga Snr in Durban, South Africa in 2019 after working in the underwater services industry in South Africa and Mauritius for 5 years. Prior to that, Rudi worked for the Department of Correctional Services in South Africa for 20 years, leaving with the rank of Captain and position of Head of Security of Kwazulu-Natal prisons.
In 2021, Rudi Havenga Jnr joined the company and took over the overall day-to-day operations.
In 2023, H & S Diving Consulting expanded their presence internationally by opening an office in Limassol, Cyprus.
